This Week In Real Estate: I wanted to let you know about some recent changes to FHA loans that might affect your homebuying or selling journey. Starting in May 2025, FHA loans will only be available to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and some specific citizens from other countries. If you're thinking about buying or selling a home and were planning to use an FHA loan, it's important to know this change. Additionally, if you're considering home improvements, the maximum amount you can borrow for repairs through an FHA 203(k) loan has increased to $75,000.
