This week, I toured one of my favorite homes of the year.

It’s in Fayetteville, inside the gated Whitewater Creek community, and it has just about everything you could imagine.

We’re talking about 7,500 square feet, 1.2 acres, two primary suites, a finished basement, a three-car garage, beautiful outdoor space, and a peaceful setting near the golf course.

Just under $1.7 million.
